Demi thankyou for a wonderful job you did with my hair last month.
You greeted me in a very bright and positive way, and you were hospitable to me.
You also did an amazing job on my hair style.
Thanks again for a fantastic outcome!
Thank you le beaute for such an amazing experience last weekend. I had a balayage done and I'm really happy with how it turned out. The colour gradation looks natural and is really lovely. Thanks to the other girls as well for such great customer service! Will definitely be back.

I would not recommend this hairdressers. They don't know how to cut. Didn't get the colour right even after showing them a picture.
I went back twice they still couldn't get it right
Approximate cost: $180
the girls are amazing. They are amazing at what they do and i honestly think they are the best salon in top ryde. They are always greeting their customers with respect never been bitchy or rude. Always have smiles on their faces. Excellent customer service. Well done girls keep up the great work
A salon in a fairly new complex that already looks a little tired - there's a huge crack in the ceiling and multiple lights out and flickering. Coffee is offered but supplied in a Styrofoam cup, nothing terrible about that, but it just adds to the overall cheap feel of the place. The specials they run are very competitively priced so perhaps it's just keeping prices down.
The main stylist was friendly and helpful but was spread thin among multiple clients - she seemed to be running half the clients at any given time. She did the foils and an 'apprentice' (not sure they actually were but came across as very inexperienced) did the base colour - foils were professionally applied, but with the base colour lots was slopped about - including over my forehead and it was all a bit slapdash. While I'm sure unintentional, the blunt instructions from her (literally 'head down', 'head up') didn't encourage a rapport and made me feel uncomfortable.
The 'apprentices' who did the hair washing also got more water down my face than I've experienced before - and kept doing it even after apologies. I was pretty much left to try and stem the water with my own neck towel.
The main stylist did the cut and was very communicative, checking each thing before she did it (ie desired length, style of fringe etc) however she had an odd technique and the finished cut doesn't really follow the discussions - the fringe which was to be tapered is actually very blunt and straight and while only a trim of the ends/long layer was required she cut a lot off the layer and left a rather strange layer halfway down - which actually looks a little odd.
The results aren't terrible - but they're not particularly good either. The colour was probably the best done - although it took a lot to get them to clean off the colour from the skin around the hairline they did it in the end.
There were 2 other stylists cutting hair but I can't comment on their results. There did however seem to be a shortage of scissors/combs as my stylist and other had to go back and forth over the same pair. It struck me as odd - in a hair salon to not have enough scissors/combs.
In all they came across as well meaning but I have to say slightly incompetent.

Unisex hair salon in Top Ryde Shopping Centre. Offer good deals for combined colour/foils cut and blowdrys. Cheaper than alot of other salons. Very laid back atmosphere and the girls are friendly. As with most salons it's best to find which hairdresser is right for your hair and your happy with and then book them in for next time. Took me a couple of visits to find the hairdresser that I was completely satisfied with. Also offer waxing and spray tans at cheap prices (but i haven't tried those services as of yet!)
