Sundus's knowledge of the wide range of bridal garments and mother of the bride dresses as well as her professional advice and guidance were absolutely fantastic and she treated me like family with utmost courtesy and respect and no pressure to buy.

I felt so comfortable with her that I ended up purchasing two beautiful dresses to wear at my daughter's wedding.

Sundus also demonstrated high quality after sales service. After buying the two dresses, I asked her to make some alterations to achieve a perfect fit. Sundus got a needle and a suitable thread and completed the alterations effectively and efficiently and I was able to take the dresses home with me the same day.

It was not easy and straightforward for the wedding dress we ordered from him but Le Chateau Blanc Couture make it Happen thanks allot.

Worst experience ever would not reccomand this place at all !!! The owners level of customer service is 0 and the staff have no idea either . Tried to make the customer feel wrong about his own stuff up on the dress size and order of style of the dress that was ordered this being 2 months before the wedding .
and then the owner tried to charge them for his stuff up after measuring again and checking the invoice himself with the added details wanted from the start that were clearly stated on paper . He Then told them you will get the dress a week before the wedding if not you have this dress he previously ordered as back up that would of had to be fixed !!! thinking his hands were washed . then saying he will order the dress again for it to come a week before the wedding and in that week of seeing him he rings saying it’s made in China after telling staff it’s from Iraq . And that it won’t be coming anymore due to carona Virus , abussive phone calls from him and demanding us to pay for the added details if we wanted them done on the previous dress that was ordered . When he stuff up the order ! He did not try to reach us and check to see how the dress was or if it got fixed or if the the bride was ok . It was the worst part of my wedding preparations and the most stressful he took it as every wedding has a hick up , it’s not something that should happen when u do your job right ! Never would recommend this place to anyone !

I had the most wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress!! I went into Le Chateau Blanc Couture in Sydney Rd, Brunswick with no intention of purchasing my wedding dress that day. Claude (the owner) was patient with me, as a portion of my wedding party was late for my appointment. I had my matron of honor, sister and my Mom there with me. My intention was to try on some gowns to get an idea of what I would really like. After telling them about the dresses I had in mind, they suggested some additional gowns and then let us select some more dresses. I had a price limit in mind and I informed them of my budget. When we selected the additional dresses, we got so wrapped up in the moment that we weren't very mindful of prices. As you can imagine, I tried on "the dress" and it was twice my budget. Claude worked with me on the price, offering me a very generous discount (something that would NEVER happen at a chain bridal store)!! they never pressured me into my purchase, giving me plenty of time to think about it and even offered to give me a day to think about it. I happily purchased my dress that day and couldn't have been more ecstatic. The staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They made my entire wedding gown purchase an experience I will never forget.
