Love sue and the staff at le kitchen they are so lovely and will bend over backwards to help you I have done three cooking classes through sue and I new I could bake cakes but now I look like an expert decorator you can hire great cake tins and get all you baking ingredients from the one shop they will show you what to do and tricks on not getting the cake stuck to the tin

In February I took part in Course 1 of Le Kitchen's Cake Decorating classes. Sue was a wonderful teacher and I enjoyed every minute of the course. We learnt how to bake a flat cake that doesn't need levelling and falls straight out of the tin. We learnt how to apply smooth buttercream icing. Among other things we learnt how to pipe stars, dots, shells, vines, leaves, lettering and roses.
If you are interested in learning cake decorating I would definitely recommend this course. I have already booked into Course 2. There are four courses.
