For good reason this is an extremely popular restaurant and you should make a reservation if you want to be sure of a table. Under the stewardship of John (the Chef) and Wendy Salisbury (front of house) it has been providing fine food for more than 15 years. It is a small venue with only about six tables, quiet and pleasant. Tables are well spaced, wwhite clothed and seating is comfortable. Food is very French and very good. French onion soup is excellent as is duck a la orange. Not to be missed are the souffles for which they have a great reputation. There is a small but adequate wine list at fair prices and in total prices are very average. I highly recomment it.
