Leading Building and Pest Inspections offered a prompt and professional service when I engaged them to do a pre-sale inspection of a country property. Regular contact and all my questions attended to quickly. I found using the new software a bit of a drag but that wasn't a reflection on their service. Would recommend to others.

Leading Building & Pest Inspection made this an easy process for a couple newbies. They conducted a thorough exam, and provided a clear, concise and easy-to-read report. My family (who are more experienced with this process) were similarly impressed with the in-depth report! My partner also attended the end half hour of the inspection and was very happy with how simply everything was explained, and how easy-going Matt was.

Matt - from the get-go sounded enthusiastic, thorough and trustworthy. He quoted a reasonable price (for a pre-purchase inspection) and was able to complete it on the same day I called/ spoke to him. His report was very thorough with photos throughout the property. He was also able to discuss the report over the phone in further detail and suggest ways to overcome any of the problems he highlighted from his inspection.

Overall - we were extremely happy with Matt’s service and would not hesitate to recommend him to others- or contact him again for future projects.
