The physio was attentive, friendly and professional. He read the surgeon's notes and looked at the x rays. He listened to me and formulated a plan for exercises. He also gave my some really good advice which has helped a lot. He printed out a series of exercises. I wonder if it would be possible to get information via computers to access information re medicare and results from other health professionals at Western. This would save having to fill in the lengthy forms

I have begun the beginners pilates program and have taken the opportunity to do the come and try session. Jen and your front desk staff have been really friendly and welcoming and thats important to me. I am in my early 30's and had never done a pilates class despite my history of physio and sport, so it was great that there werent any assumptions made about my experience. The pre-class session with Jen was really great - it gave me even more confidence so when i started the program i wasnt too stressed about not knowing things.

I enjoy coming to LEPT. There is never one grumpy person in sight. Everyone is pleasant and ready to help in anyway they can. All the people I see, from the physio, receptionist and Pilates teacher, are genuinely concerned about your well being, are professional and good at their jobs. I am a regular monthly client, and I wouldn't be if I wasn't seeing results. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my visits.
