My first back wax was done professionally with good results but the second was done by a different lady, was more painful and left me with a skin infection. Nice premises but I'll be going elsewhere. I hope they don't recycle the wax.

Approximate cost: $35

You get what you pay for- great for a cheap, no frills touch up.
When it first opened this place was pretty good.I would go in for a facial and a wax and leave paying no more than $60 in total for both and no real complaints.
Now, the staff are all rude, all services are rushed, the staff wear dirty/ stained black clothing, the shop itself needs a good clean and you are hard pressed to have the staff listen to what you are requesting.
On my last visit I went in for a 1/2 hour massage. I told the lady that I was sore in my upper arms and my thighs from touch footy training. She proceeded to spend the entire half an hour on my shoulders and completely ignored me when I twice reminded her what areas I actually needed a massage in.
Her hands were like sandpaper, and no rubbing oil/ cream etc was used. It was the worst massage I have ever had.
It is cheap which is why I will still go back for eyebrow waxes and the odd touch up facial.

Approximate cost: $30

This place sounds shocking, bad customer service and a bad product, you gave them so many chances also! Thanks for sharing, I will definitely avoid.

I think I would give this place a total miss, the waxing may have gone off as well. Esp if it seems dirty.

The beautician was rude to me as I was only 2 minutes late for my appointment, she was upset as I was their last customer. She rushed through my wax, did not try to soothe me and complained that I shave rather than wax. I was so sore and bleeding after my treatment, it was terrible. I have now since done laser.

The salon wasn't clean and the beautician was wearing an extremely dirty uniform. That should have been my cue to walk out. If workers don't have pride in themselves how can they have pride in the services they provide. I came in for a facial and eyelash tint. I specifically asked for lower lashes not be touched so I wouldn't have staining on the skin. Surprise, surprise walked out with black 'panda eyes' and no apologies from the beautician, in fact she left me with another girl to complete the transaction which I paid in full. I was told it was my fault because my skin was dry and I pointed out that I asked prior to the commencement of the tint for the lower eye lid to be left as is. WHY don't people listen to customer's requests?
