Terrible service. Staff are incredibly unprofessional. Had a nightmare eyelash lift/perm done here and had to go back twice to have it reversed after the beautician admitted she didn't know what went wrong. My lashes were overcurled and some were curled the wrong way into my eyes. I was refused a refund as its not their policy. I am out of pocket due to their incompetency. My beautician even walked out half way through my lash lift to take a phone call about her roster. Would recommend paying the extra money as this place is cheap and tacky.

Been here for Brazillian and laser - the girls on staff are so fast, friendly and they make things as painless as possible.

Normally they are fine however just had my eyebrows done and they have burnt one of my eye lids. I just looked and there is a bright red mark on one eye.

Go there all the time and the bonus is they are quick - get you in and get you out! Don't expect friendly or a chat. But then again who wants to chat when getting a painful wax? Could be a bit cleaner...the butcher paper I laid on looked suspiciously like it had been used by the previous customer...

Went for the first time for eyebrow and underarm waxing. They did a thorough job but the staff there were so unfriendly. Very reasonable prices but won't be going back there as they were so unwelcoming.

Walked in without and appointment and was able to be seen to within 5 minutes. I have quite sensitive skin so was assured their hypoallergenic wax would be suitable and was pleasantly surprised.

A little on the expensive side but they have the option of both laser and waxing - best place to get a Brazilian wax by far! The staff is nice and they don't make it feel embarrassing, puts me at ease. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

This place is excellent if you are looking for a quick and cheap wax! I like going here because you don;t need an appointment, you dont usually have to wait long and im in and out of there in 15 minutes.
It is a little rushed though, so if you prefer a more personal and calming experience, this place is NOT for you.

I have been going to Leah's Wax works since they first opened at Eastgardens and have always been really happy with their service. You can make a prior appointment or you can just turn up for a last minute appointment if you are happy to wait. The best part about Leah's is price...really reasonable.

I booked here for a spray tan.It was on a saturday and was extremely busy, but I got in on time and the beautician was hurried but friendly. They use fantasy tan and it was $35.I'm very fair skin,so spray tans often come out orangy on me,but I got two coats and it looked bronzed and natural.I ws really pleased, and am going back to try their "cheapest brazilians in sydney" and express facial.
