I have been going to Lee's for many years and have had all my tatts (5 in total) & piercings done here. They are polite, friendly & very welcoming and I wouldn't go anywhere else as they make me feel the most comfortable. I was there today adding to my piercings (thanks heaps Lee) and can honestly say I'm ecstatic with my body art as they do a fantastic job.

get talked out of what you really wanted to get done and then get charged $150 to stand around while the management sit around on the only chair that should be for the paying customers... while a staff draws up a new tatt that has had ink done for over 10 yrs and knows every thing... didnt no u could get ink done while in kindy!!! but any way get charged 150, would not recommend this joint.

NEVER GO THERE. Manager is rude. They have no bone of customer service in their body. Was actually shocked at how appalling their service was, definitely would not recommend it.

Husband and i were quoted $170 max for our tattoos. We are mew to tattoos, and admitted this to them, from then on they were just rude. We went with this studio because the price. Anyway fast forward a week and we are at the studio to get our tats done, the staff was there again and was yet again very rude to us. While i was getting my tattoo done my husband was buying barbell jewellery for his nipple piercings but has never had bars before so took their advice and brought 2 costing us $50 then im finished and he had been yelled at by them because he tried to pay with card...there is an eftpos machine on the counter and they yell at him CASH ONLY! So he went and got the cash out, we had already paid $100 but we were told we need to pay another $130!!! The barbells were way too small i could tell that the second i laid eyes on them, unfortunately i didnt see them before we paid and they refuse to refund us even though we hadnt left the store. The artist was great but this staff needs a reality check and also a lesson on treating paying customers. I would not reccommend this studio to anyone.

Very unhappy with service. Quoted 150 an hour, was only there for an hour and a half (an hour of actual tattooing) and was made to pay $320. Better services in Townsville and cleaner environments. Tattooist did a good job though. Recommend second skin.
