I wouldnt call them helpfull more judgemental, staff on their hotline listened and basically made sure to back track and reiterate my own thoughts like a madman. Looney useless service unless youre anglo

Help on legal problems for free advice, like fencing issues. Excellent help with limited resources from the staff who work under immense pressure and deal with dreadful clients who do not care if anyone else is in the reception area and get really abusive. The staff handle these matters really well.
