I would recommend parents to stay away from this centre. Its management is patronising and defensive. Staff-to-children ratio has always been a concern for parents. Staff consistency and high turnover rate is another high concern. When issues were raised, the management only wanted to blame staff rather than looking into improving process to avoid future incidents. Occupational health and safety issues were overlooked (e.g fire drill wasn't done regularly and consistently).

Our children attended this centre for the past 3 years, and the management of the centre has been deteriorating. The centre had gone through 4 different centre managers between July 2010 and Jan 2012. The staff turn-over are high with a defensive management team. Fee has increased by 14%. We've seen an exodus of children, and now we have no choice but to withdraw as we can't see the light of improvements and due to the attitude of the management.
