I've never felt less welcome in my life.

Previously when Leon was in charge and active at the shop, quality and service was impeccable.
He is no longer there and I have found that customer service and integrity no longer exist there.
I had left gold there to be melted down, there were chains/rings etc. The value of the gold was to be used to cover repairs to currently used jewellery.
The end result: jewellery not repaired to discussed condition, when questioned on it, I was advised I would have to pay more money if I wanted to "change" what had been done. Well, what I had wanted hadn't been done initially.
All the stones from the broken chains were not returned, and they denied any knowledge of their existence.
Also, my emails and calls to check on the work remain unanswered.
So, apparently Leon Baker now trades privately in Perth, that's where I'll be heading, to get good old fashioned honesty, integrity and quality customer service.

I had some old gold to be melted down. Leon helped me design and new necklace and made it for me. I was very happy with the result and he was not too expensive. My brother also used him to design and get an engagement ring for his fiance. Very friendly service.
