About 5 mths ago, this person renovated our bathroom/toilet/laundry. We went away for a week to allow the work to be done uninterrupted. The plumber recommended we use Phillip North Tiling for the floors and walls etc. We were told it would take 3 days. We came home a week later to find the job incomplete, and the house filthy.Several requests had not been done, and things we did not ask for, had. I had asked for the old bathtub to be kept for future use, and he had smashed it to pieces. the bathroom vanity had been moved, without contacting us to ask. Taps had been changed without our permission, and I don't know WHAT he has done to the water pressure, but it "explodes" now when tap is turned on. Doors had been removed and not put back. After three months, the shower recess fell apart. He put a hole in the wall and wrote all over the walls. I finally got him to back and finish the job,and he made it clear that it was a huge inconvenience to him.
