I had trouble communicating with them when I was asking if they had enough time to fix my nails and not to give me trainees to do them. I came in around the last hour and they were in a rush to get off work so they did a rough job with my shellac nails. I wished they could of told me to come another time or something so I don't have to end up paying for something that can't be done well. My nails look horrible even a trainee can do better. They're cheap.

I don't understand all the negative reviews.. my shellac nails lasted for three weeks and their utensils were all sterilised. I've also had a pedicure and facial here and was happy with the result. The staff were also lovely and professional.

Went there 2 wks ago for mani shellac and I was impressed at their friendly n professional service n mostly my nail stays put for 3 wks!would def.come back.

Had my facial there last weekend,the beautician was very professional & gave a good diagnosis of my skin problem n recommended a treatment which helps,v.happy!

Cheap and nasty, had a shellac nail treatment and they were coming off the next day. Ive had shellac done before on a different salon and lasted for 2months. I had an eyelash extension done here and in the process was painful. When I left the salon a random man asked me if I was ok, I said yes thinking what he was talking about. When I looked in the mirror, my eyes were as red as a tomato, it looked like I have been smoking dope. When I washed my face that night the eyelashes came off. I paid $70 for those eyelashes. Very disappointed.

Horrible. I asked them to do my eyebrow for me. The staff seemed to be in a rush. Didn't even listen to me and ignored what I wanted. Made the arch way too high and it wasn't even in the right position. The arch was in the middle of the eyebrow. I wouldn't go there again. Wouldn't recommend it.

Pretty average. Even if you make an appointment, they squeeze as many people in as they can so often you turn up on time and they ask you to come back in half an hour. The more experienced beauticians do a good job with the manicures but I don't like them giving me the trainees who really need some more practice. They're cheap that's about the only positive.

I loved this place! The customer service is very good! They are really polite and the pampering is just lovely :) Highly recommend this place! :D
