I have been going to let's for a while and have had terrific help and support during rough times. I'm not sure about fairdeild let's but the sutherland office staff are great wouldn't think of changing.
I used this service during my unemployment period, in order to help me get a job or training. I didn't pay for the service myself, so that's why I gave them 5 stars on that category.
During my short time with them these are a few of the things I dealt with:
1) I was lied to repeatedly about what was required of me in order to obtain employment.
2) I was denied any opportunity to get training but wasn't given a reason.
3) I was laughed at when they looked over my resume and school history.
4) I wasn't given any help with a resume or how to better prepare myself for an interview.
In short, this company did nothing to help me at all. They were rude and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
How horrible! I hope this review helps people realise there are some real crooks in this world!
Hi JulienS, unfortunately, your experiences are not unique, as it appears as though many similar businesses are ‘tarred with the one brush.’ Irrespective of who actually foots the bill, consumers have a right to be treated with professionalism and respect. Given your (totally unsatisfactory) experiences, we would recommend that you lodge a ‘formal’ complaint, as there is absolutely no excuse for dishonesty and other insulting behaviour.
