If I could give it 0/5 I would.
Customer service was something so shocking I was mortified, no gob smacked! I younger women who first services us gave my husband & I , an attitude that you'd expect from a 15year old. Not only did she rudely speak to us, she was huffing & puffing under her breath simply because I asked to look at the receipt. When asked if I could speak to management I expected a more mature approach. Well I got the same attitude as before. Rude, immature & agressive. Once I had enough of quietly trying to get my point across, he proceeded to heavily slide my money & buzzer back to me & slammed the till draw & taped on the tills screen very heavily. Wooo I won't be back that's for sure & I'm usually at a play centre 2-3 times a week! What ever happened to smiling workers?

Approximate cost: $32

Went there yesterday to check the new playcentre out. Lots of natural light and quite open compared to Monkey Mania. Only thing I didn't like is that there is no gate for the littlies play area like Monkey Mania so with toddlers, they tend to wander off so you most keep on eyes on them at all times.

They do a once of membership fee $20, unlike Monkey Mania it's an annual fee. It entitles you to 10% off admission but no discount on food.

Talking about food, I reckon it's better food offered here comparing to Monkey Mania and they have vegetarian option too which is rare!

Party rooms are colourful and not run down. Equipment clean and well kept (maybe because it is new)

The best thing there for adults is that they have free WiFi! There is plenty of parking. And the good thing there is that it is not in a shopping complex so you are not tempted to shop while you are there.

We going to have my daughter's party there. Really looking forward to it!

A relative newcomer to the play centre scene in Canberra, Let's Play is bright and spacious with plenty of natural light. A great change from some of the other play centres in the area. My little girl had her 4th birthday party here in March and she loved it. They have several painted themed party rooms and party packages to choose from.

i stumbled across this place a few weeks ago and can't get over how much there is for the kids to do. It bright and inviting and CLEAN i got a coffee pass when i took the kids in i thought the price was abit high but for the hours we where there it turned out to be well worth it. The choice of food is nice and wide even healthy opinion for the kids! And the coffee was fantastic the kids want to go back there nearly every day..

Approximate cost: $25.
