Absolutely excellent! Personal service and a calm oasis. Kate has such integrity with all her beauty treatments and she is highly skilled in a huge range of arenas and products. I have sensitive skin and tried many of the salons around Neutral Bay before I found her. Three years later, I haven't been to anyone else but her. It is rare to find someone so professional and caring. Outstanding.

If you could actually GET an appointment perhaps one could make a valued judgement.... I bought my sister a voucher from Spreets to help her relax in the early stages of her pregnancy. She called three times and left messages. Her calls were never returned. When the therapist finally called me back (the day her voucher expired) she got quite narky on the phone and said that calls were ALWAYS returned and she could hardly leave a client on the massage table to take calls. I asked if they would honour my sister's voucher and she said to get her to ring. I asked my sister to call back (now that she has given birth) which she did for the consecutive two days following my conversation... no call back. My feeling is that if you promote your company then common sense would dictate that you really should have the infrastructure to be able to cope with the incoming calls at the very least, not to mention staff to actually deliver what you have paid for. I found the staff I spoke to abrupt and at time verging on quite rude. Not very good PR. My review is... stay away and leave your money in the bank!! I will be following up with Spreets!

The first time I visited my appointment was for midday. I was told to take a seat and that they would be with me shortly. I said that was fine but that I would definitely need to be out by 1.30 pm. No problem the facial only takes 1 hour. By 12.15 I was getting nervous and finally told that the staff who was looking after me actually didn't start her day till 12.30! I was fairly incredulous but tried to relax. I then had a facial where the staff didn't mention once what they was doing to my face. During the facial I asked if they was keeping an eye on the time because I had to leave by 1.30. They assured me they were, finished then said "take your time in coming out". When I opened my eyes I discovered it was already 1.40pm. I already had a massage booked for another time and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Everyone has bad days. My second appointment was booked for 12 but a week before the salon called and asked if they could change it to 1. No problem as long as you are on time because I need to be out by 2 to pick up my kids. They assured me they would be. When I arrived I was asked to take a seat and they assured me they would be with me shortly. One customer was paying and then the therapist went back into the treatment room and didn't come out till 1.15! By this time I was very anxious as I didn't have enough time for my treatment. They assured me again that they would be with me shortly they just had to remove a tint. They was apologetic but did mention that this had never happened before. I reminded her that it had because the last time I had been there I had been made to wait. Oh! Another 5 minutes and they said I could now get ready the other customer just had to pay and they would be with me. It was now 1.20, I was angry and upset and didn't have enough time for my appointment let alone not being in the mood for a massage. They apologised again and said maybe I would like to call back and reschedule. When I suggested that perhaps they could call me to book another time the customer - a male - angrily said "who do you think you are? It is not their fault they're late it is mine. They are not the CEO of this company but I know the CEO and they don't want your business. They he screamed at me "go on - get out, get out of here! Get out of the shop!" I drove home shaking and crying. Not what I was expecting from my massage.
