There Are Many Benefits of Coaching by Phone 

Gone are the days where you have to base your coaching journey on finding a “life coach near me”. Instead, you can seek out a coach who can best meet your unique needs. What I Won't Do As Your Coach

As your life and self-leadership coach, what I WON'T do is...

 * Tell you what to do – I will not tell you what to do with your life. My role is to facilitate your goals, not to push my ideas on to you.

   But I will challenge your preconceived notions about what is possible and what you are capable of and encourage you to do the things you want to do, but never thought you could.

* Dwell on the past - we’ll keep the attention and focus on where you are now and where you want to be.

  Of course, if you have past experiences or traumas I have powerful tools to help you let go in one session, but then we'll move straight on and forward in life.

* Try and fix you –you may have things you would like to change about yourself and your life, but let's get one thing straight... there’s nothing wrong with you (even if you feel like there is!).

  So let’s focus on enabling you to make those tweaks and changes so that you can make the most out of your life.

* Allow you to make excuses – I am also known as the Excuse Eliminator and I make a great accountability partner.

* Give up on you –I will be here for you, believing in you... even if you have a moment where you find it hard to believe in yourself.

While I frequently coach people to replace unwanted and unhelpful habits with healthy habits, please contact your GP for a specialist referral if you are looking for help with severe addictions such as alcoholism and substance abuse. If you come across coaches who specialise in these areas please proceed with caution and ensure you have first a qualified medical support team in place.

From the Heart

My life's journey has been a tapestry of challenges. Following clinching 14 national martial arts titles, I faced a very challenging period when I found myself in a wheelchair for several years.

As a single mother, I confronted the battle against cancer, and endured the haunting impact of emotional and sexual abuse as a child. I intimately understand the weight of depression, experiencing nights where I hoped I'd never wake again. 

When I started martial arts, I had no idea that I was about to learn how to build resilience, unleash my inner courage, and arm myself with powerful mindset techniques... all of which would eventually help me rebuild my life.

Once I discovered the power of the mind, I threw myself into learning everything I could about it.

So, if you ever struggle with negative thinking, lack motivation, or endure periods of stress, here's uplifting news for you: Confidence, Clarity, and Calmness are not exclusive to Samurai Warriors!
