Tried to make an appointment for a quote. Office kept saying their sales person would call me back. They never did!! And had no reason why they didnt!!

I requested someone to come and quote how much it would cost to custom make a shade sail for my back yard. The guy phoned at 10pm at night to make an appointment. This did not sit well with me, but I was willing to give him a go. He arrived fairly punctually on the day and measured up. He then took all of my details and went back to his office. I have not heard anything since. I emailed him asking for the quote and I even rang the office to chase up my quote and still no response after 2 weeks. Surely a quote would not take this long. This is an appalling way to conduct business. I certainly will not be purchasing my shade sail from this company.
