Really disappointing. I've used both the phone and chat line on several occassions each time hoping things will be different but each experience has been worse than the others. It is a service that is so greatly needed and it is great it is provided but it seems like more staff training is needed particularly with respect to the chat services. I'm sure it does vary and some people are helped enormously, it just hasn't been my experience
the lifeline store at toukley is great. thye have good prices and i always find something to buy.the staff are very friendly and nice.nice to chat to.
