Came and quoted the job to remove window and replace with sliding door tokd us they would email the quote. Told us they would organise removal of old materials when quoting. Quote was emailed qnd accepted. Once job was done the old window was still in the backyard and once contacted they quoted fine print in quote stating that unless written otherwise on quote old window wouldn't be removed from site. They said they would do it anyways after speaking to then but never heard from them again. Then their was a fault in the manufacture of the door and the handle of the flyscreen interfeers with the door and gets broken off. Contacted Bruce (owner)... He said "we can't goto that area because of covid restrictions but wr will get out to fix it once they have lifted"... followed up with email immediately after as they stateted fault would be rectified once restrictions had lifted... Still heard nothing with restrictions non existent for months now.... No longer answering or returning calls.

Will be pursueing with ACCC

Attended for measure. Despite me chasing up twice I was never provided a written/email quote…. Obviously not wanting my business..,,,,

I contacted this business three time in the begining of August and left my contact details as well as my home address with the female receptionist as I wanted a quote to have the porch enclosed. They promised to ring back but they never rang back. Funny that their contact phone number when I rang it somtimes went to the answering machine and asked caller to leave a message. I would think this is a family business instead not a large company after all as they never attempted to contact me.
