We know how difficult it is to find an architect that is the right fit for you and your building project. Our search to find this person to design our forever home lasted approximately 2 years! Then we met Sam Chine from Light Green Architecture and suddenly there was light at the end of the tunnel. Right from the outset, Sam made us feel comfortable and secure. We engaged his services and during the next 12 months that it took to get the design process to completion, Sam showed that he is the consumate professional - great communicator, punctual, meticulous in his attention to detail and always approachable. Not only does he offer great design concepts but he's a great listener, has practical solutions to problems and goes way beyond the call of duty in order to get the desired outcome. I should also add that the design documents and working drawings produced are highly detailed and easy to interpret . We contacted Sam to design our new home. It was an very awkward block of land but had a wide frontage. Our previous homes were on sloping block with great view's. This bock was flat and had no views. So our instructions to Sam was he needed to create a view. Well he certainly did that. He designed a home that is like a u shape and just about ever room has s view of the out door pool and alfresco area which is in the centre of the block and the house surrounds it from three sides. It's a very unique home and we love it.
