I had a broken lock on a main door. I googled & found that Lighthouse were local, I called & spoke to a very polite & lovely lady, she was able to book me in same day. Adam turned up exactly on time, shook my hand on meeting & told me what he needed to do. Fantastic service & I was able to pay by EFTPOS. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I have never used a locksmith before so I'm not sure if they are comparable for price but I needed my door fixed urgently & was happy to pay for the convenience for same day service also.

excellent service and answered my lock questions well, even from the junior staff member who knew his stuff.
I bought a replacement sliding door handle assembly (lockwood assa abloy-25yr warranty) and lock, keyed alike with the rest of the house, for cheaper than I could get it from Bunnings.
It only took about 10 minutes extra to get it keyed to suit my locks.
I'm impressed with the reasonableness of the price and the professionalism of the service.

I had 3 locks re keyed due to purchasing a new house. The locksmith was a pleasure to work with. After discussing with him, we decided to change the locks instead as they were quite old and the key would stick when turning.
