If you want an enjoyable experience where you are actually listened to and then go about doing an amazing job on your hair. Lily me Red is a great experience where you get treated with old fashioned customer service abd always feel great after a visit with the Shannon and the girls. A rare find for me and my daughter.

I have gone to Lily Me Red Hair Design twice now and I find them very good. They listen to what I want done and then do a great job. Friendly and courteous.

Shannon was really good, she understood what I wanted to have done with my hair. The girls were all very friendly and helpful as well. I enjoyed my first visit to this Salon, and will be going back! Nice relaxed atmosphere too!

Kym provided me with exceptional friendly service with ease. She provided me with open advise, explaining what colours would work and why. I wanted a style vastly different to my current style and Kym provided a quote prior to commencing so we could work through my budget. She also provided product advise when I asked for it and was never pushy. This was my first visit today but will not be my last. Very happy.

First time visit today. Walked in with a 'mission impossible' task for the hairdresser - a picture of target look vastly different to my well overdue current situation. She spoke with me about my hair and the picture, explained how she would achieve desired look and provided a cost estimate. To say impressed and very happy at the end is an understatement, she nailed it! I am fussy about my hair, not just its look in terms of colour and cut but its condition. Highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back. Have just found my new hairdresser!

I've been to Lily Me Red for about 6 times now, and each time I'm very happy with my hair and the professionalism of the staff. I'm in my 50s and have my hair coloured, and they listen to what I want - I'm a bit of a fuss pot and they look after me well. Thanks very much for that Shannon & Kym - it's appreciated. They also look after all age groups really well too from what I've seen - kids, elderly, young and old blokes, etc. They also seem to have many regular clients who they know well & who keep coming back.

Had my first hair cut here today and loved it. My hairdresser took on board what I wanted and offered advice on the best way to go about it. End result, one of my fav hair cuts.
