Hi Richard, its disappointing to see you have written this review about us even after we called you to discuss everything over the phone and you agreed that the way we explained everything to you before we started was correct and that we gave you all the charges upfront so you knew what it would cost before we proceeded. We always make sure our clients are aware of the cost before going ahead and there is never any obligation at all to go ahead. You agreed to the costs before we went any further, so we proceeded with the fault finding. We find this unjust to review us so badly and write this about us considering you agreed to all charges.
