Absolutely excellent service. Not only did staff respectfully carry out tasks as prescribed, they also went above and beyond with their care for myself and my daughter who were at a loss having to organize a funeral we were not at all prepared for. Dean demonstrated gentleness, dignity and respect in all our interactions, paying complete attention to every wish my daughter shared for her Dad. Being astute, Dean, chose the best possible celebrant, Leanne, to share our loved one's story.
And a big thank you to Laura who, at the last minute, selflessly offered to turn my two failed DVD presentation attempts into a beautiful film. We cannot thank you enough!

I chose Lincoln Family Funerals because I liked the fact that they were a family business. This proved to be an excellent choice with special thanks to Kim who was supportive and guided me through the whole process.

Laura was very caring and professional in arranging my late husband’s cremation and I would recommend Lincoln Family Funerals.
However after 6 weeks I still hadn’t received his Death Certificate. A phone call to them confirmed it had been submitted. So today I went to the Office of Births, Deaths and Marriages to see why I hadn’t received it yet.
After quite some time of investigation they finally found that Lincoln Family Funerals had misspelled his name on the Application so it hadn’t been issued yet. The staff there were very helpful and one of the managers went to a lot of trouble to correct the mistake and they provided me with the Death Certificate.
I would recommend that all staff at Lincoln Family Funerals take extra care with future Applications so other wives and husbands don’t have to go through such an ordeal not to mention the time (3 hours today) as well as the delay in dealing with Centrelink, banks etc.

At a very difficult time Laura from Lincoln guided us through the funeral to the very end with respect to us and our loved one. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lincoln to others.
