We unfortunately had two family members pass within days of each other and Laura and the team went above and beyond to make sure the funerals were as perfect as they could be given the Covid restrictions. Nothing was too much trouble and Laura was in constant contact with me every step of the way. I would have been at a loss without Laura. We cannot thank the Lincoln team enough, through a very difficult stage in our life they made it so much easier than we ever thought it could be. Very simple to follow and understand the options available to you.
The staff were extremely professional, understanding and empathetic.
Although it's not the most important thing, the price was extremely reasonable compared to other companies.

Thank you to Keith, Dean, and everyone we dealt with at Lincoln Funerals for helping organise my husband's funeral last year.
Sorry I'm a bit late doing this review but I've been struggling a bit trying to think what to write, I have been to a few funerals since and found ( especially on the day ) Keith and Donna to be much more compassionate and patient, which I think is so important, than the people who ran the other funerals , they didn't rush us afterwards like the other funeral company who I won't name.
Thank you all , I can honestly recommend Lincoln Funerals, apart from their compassion and empathy I really appreciated the fact that they were so down to earth.

Dean was very caring and compassionate. His assistance did so much to ease the pain of the loss of my wife of 50 years.
