This is always a really nice shop to go to. Its quiet and there arent many people and everything is laid out in a way that makes sense. There have been some really good sales lately which was really worth it.

Just like Spotlight - not enough staff. You've really got to want to buy something at this shop because you stand in the queue for ages waiting to be served

Large shop, with a variety of things. For a beginner, just learning to sew, the two ladies in the store the day I went were very helpful and patient.

Im a crafty person and i like this shop because it has all the craft items i need. Variety of painting tools... i love it!

It is great for what i needed but the staff seemed to be having a bad day!
Needed something that i call viledon, which is what i know it as, but in Melbourne they know it as visafix and seemed a little annoyed at my request, all in all we finally go to the matter. I bought what i needed and went home.

Probably only still in business as they have no competition. Store is so messy, staff are unhelpful, probably because they are working so hard as they never seem to have enough. Always have to wait for ages to get service and almost always don't buy everything I want as there is no one to give assistance unless you have waited for 20mins then get the help then wait again for 20mins to pay. Have often gone in looked at the queue and left without buying anything then gone to a different store. They need more staff and a better layout in the store.
