Once again I'm super impressed with the staff at Lincraft Warrnambool!
The young girl went far and beyond to help me when I dropped in on Monday afternoon. Thankyou so much!

I was assisted very politely but a sales assistant when I had been unable to fins silk ribbon. She patiently not only showed me where it was but helped me find the right width. I did not get your name however, I thankyou for your assistance. I was in a lot of physical pain and to get around your store is difficult but you made it a great pleasure.
