Love LINDT! Had my first try at Sydney and glad that it's opened the first store in Chaddy! Love the dessert and ordered a Large cake for Father's day! Dad and everyone of us love it! will definitely be back!

The food is great a good selection of chocolate dishes, tried the Lindt sundae and trio mousse both great (filling and fattening). The service could have been better, they were really busy because it was Easter. The cost is value for what you get. Must get the Lindt hot chocolate. Can also purchase lots of Lindt Chocolate.

The Lindt cafe in Chadstone is brand new and tucked away in the nice new renovated area on the ground floor. It has a lot of range and there is plenty of seating. I didn't have to wait long for my hot chocolate and cake. Their hot chocolate is the best I've ever had - creamy with chocolate flakes and reasonably priced as well

Compared to the Sydney Lindt cafes, the Chadstone store is an embarrassment.
It was not busy at the cafe when I arrived, only 1/3 full, however, dirty plates and cups were sprawled all over the tables. The cakes on display were awkwardly arranged in the glass cabinets looking rather unappealing.

The cabinets themselves were covered in a layer of dust, making the place look even more dirty. Customers queued for well over 10 minutes before being seated even though there were plenty of empty seats and I waited even longer just to order my take-away hot chocolate which in the end was not at all worth the wait.

The Lindt Cafe is an amazing place to visit. There are so many chocolate desserts to choose from you will not be disappointed. I went there on a weekday afternoon and did not have to wait for a seat. I have walked past on weekends and there is often a line because it so popular. They do have takeaway if it is too busy and it is presented in a beautiful Lindt Box. A great experience. The hot chocolate is perfect on a cold day.
