I don't know why I go back to places like this... too delicious by far and I leave feeling sick! Perfect for hot chocolate on a rainy day

The food and beverages here are chocolatey and delicious, and the service is quite good. However, I'd much rather the Lindt cafe in Darling Harbour, where you get to mix your own hot chocolate with the pot of melted chocolate. The prices are the same, but there's just something not quite right with how they serve the hot chocolates at the Martin Place cafe!

Lindt chocolate is lindt chocolate, probably one of the best chocolate places in sydney along with guilian and max brenner. Great seating setting on darling harbour however prices are very high and not suitable at all for people on tight budget. You must also be able to stand sweet since I had a hot chocolate and it was very very sweet, too sweet to my liking

I bought a voucher for 2 hot chocolate and 2 macaroons. Great deal but and dark chocolate is much better than milk chocolate, not so sweat.
Macaroon too sweet for me! sorry.

We love this delightful cafe in the centre of Martin Place opposite the Reserve Bank. Hot chocolate and a range of delicious coffee-based beverages make a winter's day seem warmer. We will definitely return to this Aladdin's cave.

Dining in is always a treat but their takeaway drink business is their highpoint. The service is excellent, quick and consistent and while they aren't cheap, it is certainly worth skipping other lesser drinks for this. Make sure you get their frequent buyer card for a free Macaron every 5 drinks purchased.

Approximate cost: $4.70

Great little cafe in Sydney. Everyone probably knows of Lindt and their chocolates and macarons, but they offer some light lunch options. Went here for lunch after arriving in Sydney. Had the pulled pork sandwich with cabbage with a light vinaigrette dressing and English breakfast tea. The sandwich was absolutely divine and the cabbage salad with a light vinaigrette added a delicious tang with every bite.

The decor is very chic and they had lovely Christmas decorations up during the time as well, which really spruced up the place. It was a very quite atmosphere, making it a great place to go to to catch up with some friends. I felt that the tables were a bit close to one another though.

I would definitely recommend others to try the Lindt cafe for lunch.

this place is always busy but their hot chocolate is well worth the wait! The wait to get a table sometimes is quite long, I recommend to sit at the bar if possible - same food yet less wait
