I've been going weekly since they opened. All of their staff are very friendly and their hot chocolates are incredible. My only negative would be that they need more seating because it's often very busy.

It is hard to go wrong with a Lindt Cafe, yet Miranda comes close. Not because of the service or the quality of the food, just that the cafe is tucked away within the food area in an unassuming way instead of the highlighted location it had before. The chocolate, hot chocolate, desserts and cafe design make up most of the shortfall. Recommended

First time Ive been here. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and I was served really quickly but a lovely guy who told me how I should drink my salty caramel drink, as I wasn't sure if I should pour the milk first or the syrup. Initially I thought it was rather expensive but then realised I could get 2 drinks out of the milk pot. It was delicious I loved it.

I used to enjoy coming here for a hot chocolate but then they started watering down the chocolate. You get it lukewarm in a separate jug and now you have to add so much to the milk that you end up with a watery, lukewarm hot chocolate. I couldn't even drink it. The other issue with the cafe is that there seems to be a chronic staff shortage with no one available to wipe down tables or to provide any service. The last 2 times I went there I heard one of the staff explaining that they had people off sick that day and that was why they were understaffed. I wouldn't go there again. There is a much better chocolate cafe on the ground floor in the Westfield.
