This is the second time I have used Link to assist me. This time Tracy helped, she was very knowledgeable and personable and I was comfortable with the service provided - she knew what she was doing. My job was a relatively quick turn around one, with a lots of moving parts, meaning having an eye on the ball was needed, which was the case, luckily because my broker missed things and Tracy was there to pick things up. Two areas of improvement would better communication during the process, sometime felt like I was in the dark and had to chase them or they were chasing me for something with very little notice, and reception at Link, this is really lacking... hung up on me multiple times or transferred me to the wrong person. I have lived in my house for 45 years and the time had come to sell the house and move on. It was quiet a scary and nervous time for me. I appointed Link Conveyancing to handle the legal side of formalities. I was dealing direct with Naomi from the office. I didn't know or completely understand what was involved in sale settlement procedures and I found that the information provided was clear and concise and in simple easy to understand terms. There was excellent communication between us and I was able to provide all signed documentation without stress. The purchaser originally signed the contract of sale for a 60 day settlement but then wanted it brought forward to 21 day settlement. I agreed and Naomi was able to meet the vendors request by her prompt actions in ensuring all relevant documentation was signed and ready within the short timeframe. Settlement day arrived and I was very nervous as the vendors had decided to change the venue of settlement only hours prior to settlement. Link Conveyancing again did everything possible to ensure a smooth transaction therefore arranged an urgent courier to collect document packet to get to settlement. I was so impressed by the constant communication, keeping me up to date and informed as to what was happening, it helped relieve the anxiety I was feeling. I received a phone call as soon as the property settled and can honestly say that the service provided from start to end was outstanding. It made the whole settlement process for me less scary as I didn't know what was involved or what to expect.
