I came into this shop requiring assistance regarding a whisky based premixed drink. I approached the attendent and asked for assistance as to whether I was purchasing the right product. The attendent assured me that I was buying normal jack Daniels and cola. Upon returning to my home I was informed by my grandfather that I had Infact destroyed his afternoon by purchasing mid strength premix beverages and wastes his money. I could not return the product as my sons had helped themselves to a can each before realising that I had been misinformed by the attendent. They were most disappointed as I was assured during the time of purchase that I was buying the correct product requested. I feel like I have been ripped off and poorly treated by your staff who made no attempt during the time of my purchase to greet me or respond to me when i wished her a good day. This service has been most unsatisfactory and perhaps having qualified staff or training staff would provide better customer experiences.
