In the world of professional services, it is vanishingly rare to find this combination. This is the only accounting firm I could honestly rate five stars.

Don't like to go bagging on people, but I think "Only Truth" got a bad rap. I took my taxes to them last year. My return was full of mistakes - I had to keep correcting it and I'm talking important mistakes and sending it back, then it'd come back again with another big mistake. Not like I was being rude, they admitted they'd made the error and all that. I don't really pay someone to do my taxes and then have to do it all for them myself, which is what I felt happened. <br/> <br/>I don't know, maybe they've changed the last couple of months. But I totally agree with Only Truth. And you do go sending out emails with your other clients' address on them. That was the problem with they were never willing to accept when they'd done something to upset the clients and try to resolve it, instead they were rude. And it sounds like I wasn't the only one. <br/> <br/>There's a lot better people out there to give your services to people. I certainly aint got plans on ever going back.

I especially loved the convenience and flexibility they had to offer, as we could drop off paper work, when it was convenient to us, not just during business hours.

I personally don't like my tax details being left on someone's front porch for me to pick up or your personal papers getting mixed up with their kids' drawings that their friend then passes back to them. <br/> <br/>Beyond that, they were telling me what I thought was kinda not for me to know about other clients and sending emails out with all their client's email addresses there for everyone to see, working late nights or on the weekend and getting angry cause you didn't reply immediately to their email sent 9pm at night. I'm sorry, I don't think it's the best on offer for someone when we're talking taxes and sensitive information. <br/> <br/>Lovely enough, but I'm not going to be getting them to do my next year's taxes and will be looking around for someone with more professionalism.
