Wonderful experiences for children!

I enrolled my daughter in little ballerinas for a term at Oatley and paid up front for the term which included the fee for the tutu. I purchased everything including ballet slippers which they said was compulsory. They did not supply the tutu. It’s now the last week of the term. My 2.5 year old daughter was the only one in the class the whole term without the tutu the dance instructor at the class kept apologising and said I should follow up with someone else as there was nothing she could do about it. Very hard getting in contact with anyone they rarely respond to emails Or calls it was only after I said I would take the matter further (3 weeks after my complaint) that they refunded the cost of the tutu. It totally ruined my daughters experience. They should not be in business running kids ballet classes with such poor service like this. I’m not happy I had to keep explaining to my daughter she didn’t have a tutu and everyone else did. They should of lived up to their advertising on website and not made the tutu a mandatory part of enrolment if they were not going to have enough tutus to supply for the number of enrolments they are accepting.

My 2-years old daughter started this classes this year. She enjoys going there and excited every time when I help her to wear tutu. It is one-hour class for girls from 18 MO to 6 YO.

I found classes well organised and structured.
