This place was comfortable and slightly homey (similar to walking into friend's well kept lounge/sitting room), yet polished. The menu featured traditional fail safe options such as french onion soup and red wine braised beef cheeks, parisienne gnocchi. Dessert was equally good and clearly not just an afterthought - ie. A composee of Pistachio Sponge, Dark Chocolate Truffle, Chocolate Jelly and Pistachio Ice Cream. The natural vibrancy of the colours was delightful and matched the subtle yet clear flavours of the nut and chocolate. Definitely visit.
