My friend told me about this place as it was her local! I was a little worried as i was going from brown long hair to blonde short hair! As soon as i walked in i felt really at ease! All the staff were friendly and talked me through every stage! I noticed every person that came in knew most of the staff members by name and also the staff knew the customers name. The owner was walking around every second she got a chance to ask how everything was going and if we wanted another water, coffee or tea. I also noticed they kept a detailed records of what I got down, right down to the toner and treatment i got. This means next time i know the colour with be spot on and it's also easy to go lighter or darker as they know the exact colour. Over all I loved my experience and I'll be going next time!!!! It wasnt to expensive and the service i got was the best I'v ever had!!!! 5 Stars!!!
