After injuring my back i was recommended to try pilates. Since starting pilates i have seen significant improvement!! instructors are great and you have the choice of doing mat classes or studio. I do both and studio classes can be a bit expensive but the groups are small. RECOMMEND

Have been attending pilates studio sessions here twice a week for the last 14 months and it has been marvellous for my health and fitness. My friends and family all say I have never looked so good. Started 6-8 weeks before falling pregnant with my first child. It enabled me to tone up for a gig as bridesmaid last April and then keep fit and healthy during my pregnany. I returned 6 weeks after giving birth and am already below my pre-pregnancy weight and feeling fantastic! Would highly recommend pilates - especially for those wanting to keep fit during pregnancy.
