I went to living jungle recently to purchase our rabbit, Twiggly and her cage. The prices we better than expected as I expected it to be quite expensive but everything is resonably priced. The owner was very friendly and carried the cage out to the car for me. The rabbit was $40 and in good health.

I have visited Living Jungle on multiple occassions, purchasing a kitten, goldfish, a bird, and a bunny over the past decade or so.

When we first visited Living Jungle in 2005 or 2006, the store was double its current size; It had a large range of products in a spacious area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Recently, I feel as though the store has gone downhill.

Firstly, the store is half its original size. Not as many pets for sale (other than perhaps in the aquarium section), and everything seems to be crammed in together. Very hard to maneuver your way around the store, and I imagine it would be impossible to browse with a wheelchair or pram.

In terms of products and product quality, they have a decent range of products for a store of their size,and prices are about average, though nothing special. In terms of actual pets, all of the furry friends we have purchased from Living Jungle have been happy, healthy, and so far have gone on to live long lives. They often include vet checks and a vaccination at the local Dandenong Veterinary Clinic in the price of purchase for cats and dogs, which is greatly appreciated.

I feel as though the staff are not particularly friendly, and many of the current team have very little knowledge of the products they are actually selling; They often give me the impression they are not interested in helping me find what I need.

If I was in desperate need of high quality pet products, I know I could get them from Living Jungle, however otherwise I wouldn't be likely to return.

I didn't exactly get a friendly vibe stepping in here and have to admit the irate customer and staff member having an exchange of words didn't help either. The staff member who did attend to me wasn't very helpful or knowledgable though product wise they have a good range especially in the aquarium department.
