Dr Janet is a very friendly and patiently professional and has been looking after my cat many years without any trouble. The centre is very clean and the receptionists are also very helpful and reasonable charge.

Now part of the Greencross group. Dr Janet Cridland has been looking after my two old cats since I became their owner about 4 years. Very compassionate and explains everything. The rest of the staff are also very professional and great to deal with. Parking is very easy and the waiting room is large with a water bowl for dogs and plenty of couches for the human patients!

This used to be an great vet practice. The constant turnover of staff should have alerted me to the fact that things were changing. What used to be a caring, compassionate vet practice, has turned into one where the almighty dollar is paramount. Once your pet is no longer of use to them dollar wise, they then have no interest in you or your pet.

Approximate cost: $1000's

I'm a big animal lover and have 2 dogs and 3 cats. One of my dogs Saffy is a rescue dog and is very very nervous and shy around new people. On the several occasions I've taken her in to see Adam,he took us into his office, and told me to take her off the leash and wander around for awhile. He let her sniff around and get comfortable while I described what the problem was.He then approached her slowly and gave her a liver treat, pats and reassurance. He is very gentle and kind and Saffy was much calmer.

The receptionist Andrew has a serious passion for all animals and he takes real care and concern in everything. Love the waiting area decked out with elephants and water bowls. We took our maggie there to see Dr Janet and they got on like a house on fire!

Approximate cost: $52

Only been a few times with my cat and I found the vets to be really nice and competent. The staff and reception are also very nice. Value is pretty good (for a vet).

I have taken both my dog and cat to the LRAHC and have always had a great experience there. The vets are thorough and experienced and the reception staff are fabulous and extra helpful. Prices are reasonable and I have had no drama whatsoever after many visits. The surgery is easy to get to, has plenty of parking and and easy access to the building.

Approximate cost: $50 consultation fee
