Carpet delivered and layed is definatley not what we ordered. After being down now for 6 months already shows signs of wear. Was suposed to be a quality stainmaster carpet. Also layers left some small peices of offcuts under carpet after laying it. It is annoying as i can feel them when i walk over the affected area. On another note they have zero customer relations.

Lockwood tiles & carpet provide new carpet at reasonable prices. They can also do timber floors, laminate, marble, vinyl and also have a range of rugs. Customer service could be improved
