Tried this clinic instead of our usual vet as they are local to where we live, but was very, very disappointed and without question, we won't be back. The other reviews are a bit older so maybe they used to be good, but have declined. We can only comment on the shopfront, as we haven't used the vet care. The receptionist/sales assistant was one of the rudist people we have ever met, and provided us with pet care advice that proven incorrect. After investigation by an external state body, the business owners chose to provide false information to avoid penalty. Poor customer service is pretty common and we would normally consider giving them another chance at a later date, but we woulddefinitely not risk dealing with them again after they chose to be untruthful rather than remedying poor service. We sincerely hope their vet care is a completely different story. We would recommend using competitors rather than this business.

Very friendly and helpful. Have used Paddy off and on as a vet for number of years (so that's been a number of pets) and he's obviously an experienced pro with the bed-side manner you'd expect.

For a pet shop to be run by a vet though, I think is fantastic. I know they have the animals best interest at heart (no too-young cute puppies behind glass at the front door here) and know what they're talking about. I'm so much more confident using them and my last experience proved it. They spent a good amount of time giving advice, steered me to a more cost-effective option, and followed up well.

After 16 years I had to put my dog down. One of the hardest things you can do. Paddy and assistants were great. I left Paddy and his team to organise everything which was great as he took time with the whole process. Can recomend Paddy to all.

Excellent range of pet food, treats and toys. I haven't used the actual veterinary service, but judging by the interest and care the retail staff show I would imagine the vet care would also be very good.

Very friendly experienced vet who i would trust with any pet of mine. The dogs no longer show their anxiety when they turn up to this vet. He takes time to make the dogs feel comfortable before treating them. The other staff are great and friendly too!
