Called at 8.30am in the morning to book a cab for 3.30pm. I HAD TO GET to a meeting.NO show and then a text 30 mins later. By that time I had already taken a train to the CBD and grabbed a cab there. Horrible service. I had used them once before and had good service on time. They were more expensive but I thought if they gave good service worth it. NOT THIS TIME and never again will I rely on them Next time back to Swan taxi.
