Very low standard of accommodation with very bad customer service. Old run down "resort" with only one restaurant and one coffee shop/newsagent/gift shop which is often closed and one of the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. This company also debited my credit card 3 months after my stay without advising me that they had done so. No apology for taking so long to process the transaction. I will never stay at this resort again and would also discourage others from doing so. It is hotels such as these which give Australian tourism a bad name.

Amazing, the staff were amazing the buffet was fantastic for every single meal and a wide range of cocktails and bar meals was great... Loads of activities and a very enjoyable holiday/honeymoon

been here a few times with my family and loved each time.. a picture perfect location, amazing beach front rooms and A+ restaurant. highly recommend!!

We purchased a coupon deal here that was 5 nights for 499 and sounded to good to be true. When we arrived we couldn't believe it it was pretty much exactly what we wanted. After going to Daydream and seeing how built up and commercial Hamilton was it was great to be in the natural beauty of this place. The island had everything you could want. It was large enuff to get away and explore on your own and well connected to the other whitsunday islands if you wanted to go elsewhere. They have all the things , activities and watersports that they all have, its just a much more natural and unspoilt version. Loved it and would love to go back!
