What do they do behind the scenes at Australia Post that make the lives for everyone including their staff, so difficult? Can't fix a redirection problem at the branch, you have to call the service centre. Can't help with account inquiries in person, you must call the call centre and sit on hold for 20 minutes. One week, you can add a certain item to your business account, the next, it is removed. Want to complain? You can't, they have no complaint policy or customer complaint department (apparently). One issue has been unresolved now for five months - luck they have a practical monopoly or they'd be out of business. Try the happy folk at Noarlunga if you want something done.
