Disappointing - hems taken up too far and not evenly, despite having measurements taken. I also didnt like trying the garments on in an area that was largely exposed to the public - felt very self-conscious. They did provide a fairly fast service but it was quite costly considering the limited work being done.

Poor service, had to have my dress altered 3 times before they got it right, they just didn't listen to what was required, then got annoyed when I would only give them a day to fix it on the second time. Not a great job on quality either. Very disappointed

I needed a silk dress to be altered at the top so it wasn't so open at the bust. All it needed was a few tiny stitches on the inside of the dress. Instead i got ugly tacking all the way down the front of the dress. The stitching wasn't the same colour as the dress. It buckled and look awful at the front. Because it was silk, of i took the stitches out, i would be left with holes as the thread they used was also really thick.The customer service was terrible, i told the lady that it was VERY open at the front, stressing that if i tried it on, you could see my whole chest. I come out of the change rooms holding the dress up so it i wouldn't expose myself, the lady comes and opens up the dress for the whole world to see. The price was average but i wouldn't pay 5c for that type of quality. The thing is, why would i go back and get them to fix it when they ruined my dress in the first place???Terrible all round, and have heard many other stories from the same shop, all not good.
