My usual tailor is on vacation at the moment and out of desperation I tried these guys as I needed my pants altered for an upcoming wedding. They promise that your items will be ready within the hour or free, yes my pants were ready and the workmanship was very good, a bit pricey at $24 though. As for customer service, this woman was so unfriendly and rude that I would have gone elsewhere but I was desperate. I do not believe i will return.
