Terrible customer service. I took a dress in on a Monday for hemming, was told it would be ready that Thursday morning. I went to collect it on my lunch break, at 2pm. Was told it wasn’t quite ready, that they needed an extra 5 minutes. I gave them 10. I came back to find they hadn’t even started my dress! It took an additional 30 minutes which meant I was late getting back to work. If something isn’t going to be ready when promised, at least phone the customer to let them know instead of inconveniencing people.
