Lorraine was approachable and professional but with a personal touch. She was very responsive even while she was traveling. What we particularly appreciated was her cultural understanding. As we were from non-English background, she suggested us to say a few words in our home language as part of the ceremony. As a result, our ceremony was bilingual, which allowed us to express ourselves in more than one way, and audience to enjoy the ceremony more than they would have otherwise. Happily recommend Lorraine!

Lorraine was very helpful with the planning of our ceremony. She emailed us with heaps of different ceremony transcripts and made it clear which parts were legally necessary and which parts we could change.
